Participant Instructions

All Racers, please be at registration at: 9:45AM
1. The race will take place rain or shine.
2. Please wear appropriate footwear (running shoes). Not only will sandals, slip on shoes, or high heels be uncomfortable, they are also dangerous.
3. Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather.
4. Suggested items to bring with you:
a. camera (to capture any funny moment along the way)
b. water / snack (there will be a water / snack station at the 2nd checkpoint provided by Zonta)
c. cell phone (a “help line” number will be provided to you should you get lost or need help along the way)
5. Registration and race start will take place at St. Michael’s School located at Concession Rd. (closest intersection is Langs Dr. at Concession Rd.)
6. There will be a BBQ following the race at Langs Farm Village Association on Langs Dr. where award presentations will also take place. Family and friends are welcome to join us here. The BBQ is free of charge for participants, but we are asking for a donation for the food from any non-participants attending.
